This painting was made originally on 24x36 stretched canvas with white and mixed desaturated teal acrylic paints, while I was in college. At the time, I was painting a series of nautical commissions and wanted to try something new for myself, using an approach that I otherwise wouldn't have done. This piece pushed my creativity in a way I don't feel I've tried again since.

I’m incredibly proud of this piece, the original of which remains on display in my home.
